Keep your boiler working efficiently and safely with an annual service. The majority of boiler manufacturers stipulate that their product requires servicing annually to uphold the warranty. Boiler servicing is priced at £70 + Any materials.
A general service will include:
A flue gas analysis of the boiler
Checking the fan pressure of the boiler where applicable
Topping up the system pressure as necessary
Cleaning of the heat exchanger where required
Testing of the boiler safety devices
Checking the gas consumption of the boiler
Cleaning of the condensate trap
